Clary Simmentals, started in 1990 in the commercial cattle business. At the time, our herd was made up of mostly F1 Brahman X Hereford (Tiger Stripe) cattle and bred to Purebred Black Angus bulls. In 2003, we started using a purebred Simmental bull on our herd and was amazed at how much more performance we could obtain with this cross. We retained several of the heifers produced from this cross and really fell in love with the Simmental breed. We began purchasing purebred Reg. Simmental females and started breeding them by artificial insemination to the breeds top bulls. Our herd has grown since then to over 20 breeding age females. We are focused on producing the kind of bulls and replacement females that will work in your herd and help you reach your goal for many years to come. We invite you to call or stop by anytime to visit our farm and view all we have to offer.
Our Mission
Our mission is to produce Simmental and Sim-Angus cattle that calve easily, grow fast and efficiently to harvest age and then hang a desirable carcass that will translate into an enjoyable eating experience for our customers.
